Coming and Going

It seems that I spend have my time figuring out what I’m supposed to do and the other half trying to figure out how to do it.

I love routine.  It helps me function day to day.  When there’s a change it routine, it is hard for me to adapt.  I have trouble figuring out how.

Even in routine, is there something else that I need to do?  Currently, I’m in physical therapy for my back.  I stress over remembering appointments and getting there on time.  I’ve been meaning to ask my doctor to refer me for months- and kept forgetting. 

It’s not easy living in my head.
